Following String follows my endless pursuit to unravel stories. That is, my experiences in writing and how they relate to my philosophy on teaching English.
The Wild Norry functions as a somewhat personal blog in which I discuss my life experiences and how they inform my teaching philosophy.
As I finish up my thesis work I am currently continuing a project that I have self-titled Fives which chronicles the ups and downs of a relationship and examines the nature of family ties, mental illness, and heartbreak.
For my honors program, I developed a thesis which investigates the effects of being a writer on teaching writing with specific attention to the relationship between writing and emotional distress.
